Before the merger of Princess Anne County with the City of Virginia Beach, the county consisted of many smaller localities and farming communities which also had their own part in the history of the area. The PAC/VBHS tries to encourage research and interest in the history of these communities by providing programs in the various neighborhoods in the City. We also encourage others to explore the web sites of these communities.
